We are a fully compliant and committed BEE Company. After the sudden and tragic passing of our founding Shareholder, Mr. G.T. Boltina during May 2005, we are delighted to announce the recently formed Partnership with Mr. Siseko Ntshanga.
Mr. Ntshanga was recently engaged in The 2010 Soccer World Cup Preparations. His personal strengths reside in the area of people growth and development within the Company.
Siseko Ntshanga is currently based in Port Elizabeth and commutes Nationally on a monthly basis. He was previously employed at Read Education Trust and the SA Reserve Bank. Siseko brings Leadership, Management and financial experience. He has various qualifications including labour law and an MBA.
Neil Kelsall has over 20 years retail operations management experience. Before joining ISMS he was a Senior Manager for an international retail chain, & was responsible for retail operations in RSA, Namibia, Botswana & Kenya.
Neil operates our Cape division & is a Specialist in Loss Prevention system & procedure design, implementation & auditing, on a national basis.
Mr. Stiaan Viljoen is an experienced Loss Control practitioner and Security Consultant with more than twenty years experience in the South African Retail Industry. He completed his BA degree at the University of Pretoria in 1992 majoring in Psychology and has held various Senior positions amongst others, Group Security manager Stuttaford Stores, Loss Control Executive at CNA Stores being his last appointment before establishing ISMS in 2001.
